My salesperson, Rodney Reece, did everything possible to create a warm, inviting, "no-pressure" type of environment. I have passed by Trapp Chevrolet many times and never realized how great that place is. I forgot to mention that my sale took place on a Saturday evening - when most salespeople would want to go home to their families - but not these folks, there was no sense of urgency other than to make absolutely certain that we remain satisfied with our new purchase (Chevy Colorado)!
