Kocourek Kia

My Kocourek representative, DJ Satterfield, was as good or better than I've ever had. And, I've bought a lot ( too many, I imagine) of new cars, starting in 1968. Sometimes, the experience was awkward or frustrating. Mr. Satterfield made everything run like the proverbial well-oiled machine. I am surprised he doesn't own three of his own dealerships by now. Easy process with a knowledgeable, no pressure salesman, Dustin Perry.

My wife and I just purchased a Kia Sorento and were very pleased with the experience. Our sales person Dustin was friendly and extremely helpful. He was a pleasure to do business with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Overall the buying experience was very, very good, I would have rated it "excellent" except that it did take a long time. We are very pleased with the deal we received and pleased with how we were treated by everyone at the dealership.

I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento and had a great experience from Kocourek. I worked with both Dustin Perry and Tom Thorson. They were both kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Would recommend to family and friends and have alreay. And if I was in the market to buy another vehicle someday, I'd definitely start looking there. Brought my 2012 Optima in for a factory recall service on 4-25-17. Excellent customer service in the Service Dept. waiting area is large and comfortable offering numerous amenities while vehicle is serviced. Service manager fully explains all work done in lay-man terms. While vehicle was in for a warranty item, the Service Department also performed a 29 point safety check at no cost. Nice added feature.

Gerald and DG did use right. We purchased a new KAI sorento the day after our visit.

My salesperson, Kyle, and business manager, Lance, were very helpful in my decision to go with a Kia Sorento. They spent a lot of time with me and went over everything very thoroughly. Everyone I interacted with at this dealership was very courteous and professional. Since I've only had my new car for two weeks, I haven't needed service yet but anticipate that it will be a positive experience. Kocourek has a good reputation as a car dealership, and they seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Overall, quite happy with the assistance of dealership in buying my new car. Sales person spent a lot of time with us explaining all aspects of the sales process andpricinbg. Also included the business manager who provided information on leasing, which I had not previously considered. So far, am very pleased with my new Kia vehicle.
