Everything that was promised with the repair was fulfilled. There was no surprises with the final cost of the repair. It was the original price quoted to me. So I was not inconvenienced at all, a rental car was issued at no cost to me. Also, it is apparent that they stand by all of the repair work done by them. I would also like to give a shout out to the service rep. Mr. Bill Hill who was honest about the repairs needed and did his best to make the process as painless as possible. With that said, I would go back for any other work needed on my car.

Great Service Department
For service and with Hector I would not hesitate to send anyone to Ed Morse Mazda. For sales? Well if Hector could sit in on the process I would refer for sales. I would recommend for service definitely without hesitation but would caution on sales process that is 6 to 7 hours long (financing is part of this process I would caution on as well especially after the process is complete).. Since 2012 I have given this dealership outstanding reviews as they serviced my RX8 that I adored. In 2018 and in the month of April I purchased an MX-5 Mazda. The process was way too long, it was off and on due to others walking in looking to possibly purchase a new car and what was stated in that process was not factual in the follow up. If Service had not intervened after the purchase and when I returned the car for service I would have had to pay for something I purchased in a contract and that was preexisting on the car before purchase and that was pointed out that day to be told it would be taken care of by the dealer when I returned for another option I purchased a contract on within a week. Then service was told I was to pay. I have never written anything negative about this dealership until this situation and I regret having to write such input now. I am putting yes in the "Would your recommend this dealer to a friend" and for service I would recommend without hesitation but for sales I would caution and advice. If I did not HAVE to answer that I would leave it blank.

Hector Service
Hector and the rest of the service personnel are friendly, helpful, take the time to explain recommendations. I trust his judgement. He makes you feel like a family member. I also want to compliment Miguel in sales. I purchased a car from him in the past. He listens to what you want, respects my preference of thinking a purchase through. I tend to save for a car instead of having payments. I will purchase my next car from him.

EXCELLENT SALES & SERVICE AT ED MORSE BUICK
Bill Hill has been my service adviser at Ed Morse Buick for several years. My vehicle is now out of warranty, and I don't really understand much about cars other than how to drive them (sad but true!). When my husband passed away a couple of years ago, I needed someone I could trust to help me understand and deal with my car issues. That's why I keep going back to Ed Morse Buick for my service and repair work. They treat me well. They do good work. And, most importantly, I feel I can trust Bill not to try to sell me any parts or services that are not necessary or in my best interests. He also explains everything in terms I can understand. My husband and I bought our car there also. We dealt with Tom Balsamo. It was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. Neither my husband or I like that constant back-and-forth negotiation game that goes on at many dealers. We told Tom that and he was very direct and upfront with us and didn't mess around with all of those mind games. He gave us a very good price. We know that because we did check around. It was a fairly quick, straight-forward and pleasant buying experience. We have recommended him to others and still do.

Excellent car buying experience!
Truly the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the minute we arrived the staff was very accommodating and easy going. Our salesman Chris Sims was very straight forward ,helpful and simply awesome. There was no pressure and he even helped us keep the kids from going crazy while doing all the paperwork. 100% recommend these guys, and we will be back for our future vehicle purchases.

Pre-owned purchase
Christian my sales rep was wonderful. I am hoping to receive a manual for the vehicle I purchased. Only one key with vehicle and saddened that I need to purchase an additional one since the vehicle is only a 2017 there should be 2 keys with it. But overall, love the vehicle and my salesman was excellent!!!!
