pleasant experience

Good place to buy a car. I had pretty much sold myself the car as I knew what I wanted but they were very helpful and patient and gave me 300 off for some small dings on my mazda 6

dont know what you mean

Honestly we had a bad experience with the service department in the past year and was very skeptical about going back. But, with what was wrong with the car we thought it best to take it back. It was better this time and everyone was very nice and helpful. We will be back.

Mazda CX-5 purchase

Miguel Crespo was excellent. Worked with Kyle for us to trade in two cars and get the CX-5 we wanted. Answered all of my questions, worked to move the car through the prep process in a timely manner. What I liked the most was I said what value I placed on the trade-ins, and they came in close enough, without hours of haggling, the first time and I could not say no. If you are looking for a Mazda, contact Miguel.

Loved this buying experience

As a woman I have really hated the car buying process, up to this point! My sales consultant was Jeff Perego, and he was great! He was extremely professional, and kind, and patient with my son. He didn't jerk me around or treat me like the little woman, he respected me as a person. He didn't pressure me, and was extremely helpful through the entire process. My vehicle was serviced in their service department and my service advisor was Travis Henderson, and he was great, super sweet, and very patient and kind. My service technician was Nathan and he too was awesome. Nathan and Travis made sure that when I picked up my vehicle everything was perfect and it was. Travis made sure that I had a service loaner, and I did. I was so nervous that I think that both of the guys were very aware of this, and were very kind and made this a super easy repair process. I would without a doubt do business. and have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I feel that everyone understood that I was nervous and had suffered some bad experiences with other dealerships, and I believe that they took that all into consideration. I love my vehicle and I hope that it will last for many years to come!!!
