My family and I worked with Dave Clifford. I have worked with many different sellers at Prime before but Dave easily cared the most about our family. He is determined (but not pushy) to put you in the vehicle you want to be in. I have been to a competitor before that has shown a car that I liked and instead of working on the price they offer worse alternatives. Dave is not like that. We went with a vehicle in mind and left with a vehicle in mind in the end. While there was any downtime such as paperwork for financing he was always making sure my family was comfortable. I hope the next vehicle we buy is a Honda and it is from David.

Terrific experience. Zach Sweatt takes all the pain out of car shopping and gives car salesman a good name. What a terrific young man. He's also very knowledgeable and truly enthusiastic about Hondas. Apparently, he started out in the Service Dept and he knows his stuff. He honestly has the best manners and demeanor -- we have become lifelong pals. The dealership is beautiful and everyone was very pleasant, kind, and professional. Having driven every kind of car possible (I travel a lot for business) and having been to about a dozen different dealerships, I am thrilled with Prime, my CR-V, and especially with Zach. If you want a guaranteed no-pressure, no-regrets experience, go to Prime and Ask for Zach.

I already had my mind up to buy a different car but my daughter recommend that I visit Chase at Prime Honda. I was glad I did! Chase and the other team members were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a positive experience. I ended up purchasing the Honda Accord. Thank you Chase!

Leasing my new Honda civic was my first experience in acquiring a car. Derek was the best person I could ask for to help me from start to finish. He was always available to answer my many questions and let me take my time through the experience. He has been very flexible and accommodating throughout. I felt like even as a sales person he was on my side, helping me get what I wanted. I love my new civic and would recommend Derek to anyone wanting to get a new car. Thank you!

I worked with Jehna after reading other good reviews, and even before we sat down, one of the other salespeople had been good enough to find her for me; there wasn't an atmosphere of gritty competition between them, but cooperation. Jehna helped me crunch some numbers and compare a CR-V to a Civic, for both leasing and purchasing scenarios. The negotiations were pretty fair and very non-aggressive, from the leasing terms on up through the accessories packages offered to us by the financing guy. There was no bait-and-switch or last-minute "sorry, we can't do this number after all" swaps. It was just yesterday, so I can't speak to anything long-term, but I am very pleased with the buying experience itself.

I walked into Prime Honda thinking about a used Civic and walked out with a brand new one. There was no pressure, my salesman Zachrey Sweatt was professional, honest, did not try to sway me one way or the other. He kept the process moving along and I am so pleased with the entire experience. I knew Prime was tops but this went over the top for me. In addition, he personally scheduled an appointment for me for a touch up, it was something above and beyond what a sale guy had to do. Zach is relatively new to this business but I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. Ask for him when you visit Prime Honda.
