We have been leasing cars with Larry Hinds for over 9 years and this time he out did himself! He takes time with all of his customers which is a great added touch to a sometimes stressful process. He was able to get me into my first SUV and I didn’t have to go over budget! Thank you Larry!!

Unprofessional
I would like to say I been dealing with this dealership since 2012. I had a great salesman then Andren. I purchased vehicles and referred several people to this dealership and they purchased. With that being said. I had a dip in credit rating due to some unforeseen issues and I wanted to purchase a 2018 Honda Accord. I know things would be a little difficult to get approved, but I gave it a shot anyway. I was offered 10k for my trade 2016 Mitsubishi 30k miles on it. Salesman Claims dealership has to make a profit so that’s the most he can offer. He took all of my information and filled out credit application and mind you he put me on hold for about an hour. He claims he had another appointment in front of me. So I sat there. I told him I been at work all day and had to get up early again the next day, but he didn’t care! I didn’t leave the dealership until after 9:30 pm. He said I will call you Tomorrow to let me know the outcome if I was approved or denied. The point of this , I’m still waiting for the phone call from this salesman. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t received any call regarding this purchase. I received a quality of service call to ask how visit was. I told them I haven’t heard from the salesman. I will not ever ever deal with Plaza Honda again. Trust and believe my credit will be back on track soon. That’s how you go from love to hate! People if they did it to me a loyal person, they will do it to you!

Lawrence Hinds is a wonderful person as well as salesman.
Dealing with Larry was a pleasure. He not only answered all our questions, he even gave us information about things we didn't know to ask. We've dealt with him in the past and made sure we returned this time. Returning to the same salesman may not seam like much but we've moved to North Carolina and drove 633 miles to make sure we saw Larry. Structural Issues
This dealership has customer service issues or challenges. Were it not for Larry the salesman, my experience would have been totally nevstive ; I would not return. It took managemen no less than two weeks to ensure that my LoJack was completely installed. I called LoJack sever times and spoke to management several times. Larry was the go-between support while I became aggressively more annoyed as the lack of customer service at this dealership. I have had similar problems on two prior occasions. Beware, my suggestion to future byers, don't receive your car without verifying all particulars about your car. See Larry, he'll help you maintain some emotional stability.

excellent leadership and attention from a dealer
Larry Hinds is the man. He knows cars and he knows you in a few seconds. He was able to have my new car ready in time. He listens well and is able to tell what my needs are in a few minutes.

Excellent Shopping experience With Larry Hinds
I have bought and leased 4 vehicles at Plaza Honda, the last three have been with Larry. His attention to detail and calming and respectful manner has cause me to return to Plaza time and time again. Had it not been for Mr. Hinds I would never return there this last time, because I had an extremely bad experiences with the financial aspect of the dealership. Larry is always helpful and is the one redeeming aspect of that place. If it wasn't for Larry I would not recommend Plaza.

Excellent Shopping and Buying Experience with Lawrence Hinds
As a person that is used to and likes Toyota I came into Honda with my girlfriend the evening. I met Mr. Lawrence Hinds who was very patient, friendly, professional, and warm. He has an excellent knowledge of vehicles and was able to give me the ins and outs of each vehicle I asked about. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in purchasing my vehicle a 2018 CRV. I was timid at first coming from a Toyota to a Honda, however I feel even more satisfied knowing that he made sure I was in the right car for me, instead of just any car. I have been back since my purchase and was saddened to hear he no longer worked in that department. My girlfriend also went after me to purchase a brand new vehicle and was told that he no longer worked there. After being given someone else she saw Mr. Hinds and found out that they told her a lie. Its a shame when people know what and who they want to deal with and are lied to by the dealership themselves just not to get the person they requested. In my book I would highly recommend his expertise to anyone in the market for a vehicle. And they are to ask to see Mr. Hinds regardless of what they are told. Sylvia Elcock-Als

Larry Hinds a true gentleman
