Excellent service on a new "used car" from the Bachman

Excellent service on a new "used car" from the Bachman Auto Group. Recall notice that needed to be corrected and they got me in in two days to have the recall service done!

Honestly, if I could give zero starts, I would.

Honestly, if I could give zero starts, I would. We worked with a salseman and placed a non refunable deposit on a 2023 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid one week ago (7/13) and we were told that this would guarantee the vehicle would NOT be sold to anyone but us even if "someone came in and offered us $10k over MSRP" (direct quote from the salesman). We told them we would be down 7/20 (7 days after the payment was sent) to pick it up since it is a 2 hour drie and required scheduling. We then followed up with them the morning of the day prior to pick up to let them know we would be bringing an additional $5,000 in down payment (totalling over half of the price of the vehicle). They said great, see you tomorrow. The SAME evening just before closing, I got a call from the manager of the dealership telling me that the car had been sold. When I mentioned the call that morning, he said the car was sold AFTER that call. However, when the Hyundai manager spoke to my husband after I spoke to the dealership manager, he told my husband that the vehicle was actually sold on Saturday. We were lied to, twice. And then they waited three full business days to tell us that the vehicle they promised us was sold to someone else. I am just dumbfounded at the lack of honesty and integrity here.

Unfortunately, you are absolutely correct in your statements. We absolutely dropped the ball, and this situation should have never occurred. We are currently in the process of trying to locate another vehicle for you as we speak, at a discounted price. Randy Hutchings, who is our CEO / managing partner owner has spoken to your husband and is trying to help in the location of a vehicle as well. This normally doesn't happen, but this is a rare case of our miscommunication internally allowed this to happen. The review is a little overdue but worked with Steven for my 2021 Tucson Ultimate in November. Made an appointment with him the day before and he was there on time. Had all of the selections I was interested in and gave informative details. The negotiation took longer than we wanted, however, he did his absolute best to get the price we wanted and I appreciate him for that. If anyone needs a professional salesman that is on time and doing his job. I recommend Steven Clubb.

Place is a joke...no call backs with any service I have...

Place is a joke...no call backs with any service I have gotten I have to call then every time and doesnt help to set an appointment either last warranty issue truck sat for 24hrs for them to tell me they couldnt do anything and now the transmission is out and they wont return any calls

Great Experience, Buy Your Next Car Here

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. My Sales Consultant, Ryan Hutchings, was top notch and handled my concerns with great care while addressing them one by one. I never once felt "pushed" or "intimidated" as I have at other places and truly felt they were looking out for what was best for me. The price was great, the terms were perfect and I love my new ride! The trip across the 2nd Street Bridge was absolutely worth it! Thanks guys!
