After the online experience I had which was questionable, I spoke to a representative by phone is set up the exact vehicle I wanted to see and I gave him the time I would have arrived. When I came to Bales he reduced himself and had me off to a different salesperson and I was fine with that. So I forget her name she was professional Pleasant friendly and answered all my questions.

Jeff McAdams did an excellent job. It's hard to express how much we appreciate the service you gave us. you were with us every step of the process explaining everything to us.

Bales got within $100 of the price we wanted. We negotiated over the phone to come to an agreement on price, so all paperwork was done when we got there.
