Great Experience

I’ve always had great experiences at Carolina Hyundai. Matt in service is the bomb!! I have no worries at all when I am dealing with him. But all the staff is nice. I really do enjoy giving them my business :)

Motor Recall Repair

I loved how prompt Matt was in service. He is professional, friendly, and someone who shows he cares about the customer. I was very impressed with the time frame of a big job done on my vehicle around the holidays and how quickly Matt returned my phone calls and kept me updated.

Love my new 2019 SantaFe

Rodrick was great! The experience was quick, informative and bypassed Bob King beyond my expectations! I drove a little further but well worth it! They were extreamly friendly with no pressure! Would totally recommend this dealership!

Great Experience

Everyone was so friendly and willing to listen and work with us throughout the entire process. Our salesperson, Edna Lambert, treated us like she had known us for years.

Great team of people.

Very pleasant to deal with. Did work I didn't even know needed to be done for free (factory recall). Much better than the service center in Winston Salem.

I was able to schedule my appointment on line with ease. They immediately took my car in and finished in a very timely manner. My car was retuned after it was washed. The service team is always efficient and professional.

They Found one!

Donald was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking for and help me make the right decision. Also, He keep looking to get the color I wanted-"Earthy Bronze". Two finds fell through, however, it was only a one day delay to find MY Car! Donald also spent over an hour going over and assisting me on all the Electronics and safety features of MY Sana Fe Ultimate in that beautiful and rare "Earthy Bronze"! Thank you "Donald Duck" Crafton for being very patient with me.
