The dealership was great. Mario, Elias, and Vincent were honest, practiced integrity...and ultimately have our business and future business. This was directly after dealing with dishonest dealership run by Berkshire Hathaway Automotive.

Most of the transaction on the phone were positive.
Most of the transaction on the phone were positive. However when I arrived at the dealership there was an extra $1500 dealer prep fee added even though this was not quoted to me on the phone when I inquired about the out the door price. I negotiated down to $500 just to be able to get my car and drive an hour back home. I later saw that the prep wasn’t thorough as there was a sticky red liquid on a back seat and wrap still around the rear seat belts and their website even stated that unlike other dealers they NEVER have dealer add one, etc. I love the car and most of my interactions but believe I was not treated per their own guarantee with this extra fee I reached out to the dealer manager about this and never heard back. I consider this poor service. My wife will likely also get a genesis but we wouldn’t return to this dealer as I can’t trust their oral quote

I stopped by to get my car washed because I was unable to
I stopped by to get my car washed because I was unable to have it washed at my most recent service. My car was taken right away and returned clean in 10 minutes. As always, Clay Cooley provided excellent service as well as caring about their customers.
