Our first new car together!

We had just gotten married in Nov. 2014 and thought we would buy a new car! Ron Bozarth was great! He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He had time with all of our questions. The day we bought our new car, Ron introduced us to Raymond Kent - General Manager! Raymond, Ron and the whole Lincoln family made us feel we were part of the family!! Thank you!!

Used Mazda 3

Our sales person was alright. He found the car I wanted with ease, but for my fiancee, the cars he was interested in were at the Ford site. Our sales person was more part of the Mazda dealership, and not the Ford dealership, so we had major communication issues with trying to find my fiancee's vehicle, and he ended up buying one from a different dealership. Tara, however, is the real hero in my story. I have a repo on my record, and she worked wonders with my credit. The dealership my fiancee ended up going through tried to get me to get a car through them instead, and couldn't get anywhere near the deal from the banks as Tara got me. They told me that she must be lying to me about the low payment and the length of the loan she said I was approved for. She was not lying, she just works financial magic. She was quick to get back to me about my approval and worked with me every step of the way. I wish I could clone her and put her in charge of every financial institution I ever have to deal with.

Wonderful Experience!

Nathan Hernandez was wonderful to work with. For the past 6 weeks my husband and I have been looking for a used car for our son. We have been to several car dealerships between Topeka, Lawrence and Kansas City. As we were about to give up and start looking again at a later date, my husband decided to stop by Nollar on a Thursday after work to look at a car. Not only did we find a great car, but the over all process was very easy from start to finish.

New CX-5

I have only bought a new car a few times in my life, just because I hate spending so much money on a vehicle. Matthew had a such a friendly demeanor that it made the whole experience great. He was engaging without being overly pushy on the sale. I recommend asking for Matthew if you are in need of a new Mazda.

bad to good

Since our intent was to get our Lincoln repaired and waiting for 2 months for a car part with no results....we were basically forced to buy a new car. Saying that from then on the experience was very good. The company gave full trade in value on a 'broken' car and was generous in letting us take time to drive several cars before we made our purchase. Ron Bozarth took very good care of us....he delivered several cars to drive was friendly and very attentive...not pushy!!!

2013 Hyundai Genesis

Tim Mallams and Tara Deegan are great Americans. JoAnn and I are extremely pleased with our vehicle purchase on 2 January 2015. Tim and Tara helped us usher in the New Year with this vehicle purchase. Both of them made us feel important, and took the time to ensure we were pleased with the purchase. Bought new cars for the wife and kids.

Had a great experience with the salesman Mark Knernschield. He not once presured us into buying any car. He showed us the options and we told him what we wanted and he was able to find the cars. I made sure to purchase every car from Mark he made the purchase very easy and he even called to make sure everything was good and we still loved our purchase. That is a true salesman. I only had one issue and that is when my a Sales manager made my wife upset about a dumb comment he made. I found the comment a little degrading as well but continued with the sale. He almost threw a 70 dollar cash deal out the window. Al Gallegos doesn't seem like a people person and sometimes should watch what he is saying. Overal experice was good expect for the the incident. I would buy a car from Mark or his Father Joe anytime even if they were working for another dealer. Its all about the how you are treated and how they go above and beyound to make the purchase very easy. Thanks for everything Mark you will always get my buisness. God Bless you.

Great Customer service

I purchased my 2007 Nissan Murano a few years ago and with it I got a great warranty. When it was time to use my warranty the company declined to cover my CV Axle boot leak. So Brian got his service manager involved because he agreed this was a failure and they both got it covered. Thanks Brian and your service manager for your wonderful customer service! Ivy A. Just bought our 4th vehicle

Even though we have bought several vehicles from this dealership since 2010. Working with Jimmy Brough has been Amazing. When we call or come in he is always right there doing everything in his power to make us feel cared for like we are a part of the family. Even if we run into him outside of the dealership he still greets us by name and asking about the family. My husband Mike and I will personally never go anywhere else for a car or truck. We recommend Ford and Jimmy to everyone we know. We just bought the new 2015 Mazda CX-5 and we owe our Gratitude and Thanks to Jimmy and Al Gallegos for all their hard work. Jimmy will always be a part of this family.
