Terrible! I purchased a used car and they put the wrong address on my registration. I had not lived at that address for 11 years and it was not the one listed on my license. By doing so it changed the address on my license and I did not receive a toll that I incurred going over the Bay Bridge right after I bought the car. I made them aware of the error within hours of purchasing the car but they told me not to worry about it, that it was correct in the "system." It was not correct. I picked up the registration and it had the wrong address. I called the dealership twice to inquire what I should do next, had to leave a message and NEVER received a call back. I spent hours on line and then going to the DMV to get it all straightened out. Now I have to get the toll I incurred straightened out.

Go see Harold and SOL!!!
My experience was mind-blowing from start to finish. My salesperson was Harold, and Sol the manager left me speechless. Let's just say as I was signing my paperwork for my new truck (that I am so in love with) and I said to Sol "as a woman I have never felt so safe at a dealership". Harold has been available for all my questions, and great with helping me understand the incredible technology my vehicle has to offer. I will shout to the mountain top that everyone thinking of purchasing a new vehicle should go see them. Hands down they are the BEST!!

Bad Service Area Experience
I should've known that it was going to be a bad experience when I had a scheduled appointment & the technician in the Service area didn't acknowledge me after over 10 minutes. Someone else in another office came out to assistance me (Mr. Morian) After waiting for several hours JR was kind enough to help me. Arrival time 10:35 am /Departure 1:30pm As it has been mentioned you receive a video of the diagnosis of your vehicle. Attached is a video that wasn't given to me I had to ask for it, which shows a few seconds of someone saying they are going to end it. Then a picture that definitively shows nothing. The mechanic was MARGARITO HUIZAR. Beware if scheduling with this mechanic. Several other recommendations were suggested which would total almost $5,000 but no video of indications. According to the Land Rover Multi-Point Inspection he performed out of all his recommendations my Proximity Sensors weren't mentioned and I know from driving this is an issue. Not only can I not get my time back I had to pay $198.65 for a visit where my car wasn't properly diagnosed.

It was truly a pleasure working with Kelly Poole at the Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis dealership. Impeccable customer service! She was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the Range Rover. My husband and I have received great customer service from other dealerships in the past but this was by far the best experience!

Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience
I called the dealership after researching online for a specific vehicle which I found advertised on their website. The website only listed the details but no pictures. I asked for a Sale Associate and was transferred to Kelly who graciously attempted to FaceTime with me so I could immediately see the vehicle. But as with all technology sometimes when you really need it, it fails. Kelly was not deterred, she enlisted the help of Travis (the world’s best finance manager) to use his iPhone and so my wonderful car buying experience began. The crew at Land Rover/Jaguar Annapolis work as one harmonious team. Making sure every customer receives exceptional service while supporting each other to make the deal a success. I cannot thank you guys enough for your friendliness, financing assistance, and providing the best customer service from start to finish. Note: Sol is the secret sauce to the magic that happens there.

Horrible
I'm very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism from the general manager. The general manager got involved with my deal, and he would not be able to negotiate a deal since the dealership had to make a crazy deal with the previous owner of the vehicle. What gets under my skin is that you blatantly said that this previous customer purchased vehicles from you before from other places you have worked. The bottom line is if you can make a deal for one customer, this should be done for ALL of your customers.

Customer Service, friendliness, value, hospitality
I would like to first off by saying how happy I am with my 2016 Passat I purchased from here and the great deal I got. This all was not possible without my sales lady, Kelley. She was simply amazing! Her friendliness, personality, knowledge and professionalism is what got me to come here to buy a car. I had many options of cars around the area to choose from but out of all the dealers I spoke with, I could tell off the bat that Kelly was shooting straight forward with me and truly wanted only the best deal for me and for me to be happy with no buyers remorse. The hospitality I received from every team member at the dealer was outstanding! I felt like I was at a country club. I want to truly thank everybody there especially Kelley. Frank my salesman was super patient with all my questions, and test drives, to help me decide on the best vehicle for me. Josh my finance manager was very thorough and helpful. I ended up buying a evoque and am very happy and pleased with the buy. This dealer is worth an hour drive to get too. I’m so happy I went here! They really are great to work with!

Flew in from out of town. Jerked around about an issue that was supposed to be resolved by the time I got there. Jerked around enough to Uber back to the airport and FLY back home instead of drive back in my new ride. Poor.

2017 WRX STI
Skip Tate was amazing to deal with. After calling and leaving a message at 4:43pm Monday January 15, 2018, i promptly received a call back and within 30 minutes the total number were discussed with me on the phone. By 5:30pm the price I had in mind was agreed to with the management team and by 6pm Skip was able to work with Finance to beat the financing rate published by my Credit Union. At 8pm I was at land rover signing off the last few documents and 8:45pm out the door. Skip and the team went above and beyond to ensure the deal was closed and i left with the car. Will always recommend the smooth no story telling sales pitch and informed set of sales representatives to all who are searching for a new or used car. Highly recommend this dealer and please ask for skip.
