My wife and I recently purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord. I hate pushy car salesmen and their managers. At Ray Price Honda I was pleasantly surprised when Jerry Salter, a salesman, was just extremely helpful and not pushy at all. In addition, while working out the price we met with Brian Mel. Brian was also very pleasant and easy to work with. We would buy another car from Ray Price Honda for sure based on our positive experience. We also love our new car!!!

I was looking for a nice used car for my grand daughter. Felix helped me find the right one at a really good price. He was really patient and respectful. Does not pressure you into buying the car and gives you just an overall great experience. Thank you Ray Price and thank you Felix Cruz!!!

If you need a vehicle, go see Felix at Ray Price Honda. He's honest, knowledgeable and just a great guy. I knew what I wanted but I was looking for the best possible deal I could find. It's not everyday that you buy a car so I didn't even mind driving all the way from the Bronx to PA to save big money. It was so worth the trip. I already plan to go back and see Felix when my wife is ready to trade out of her Camaro & also when my daughter gets her license and will need a reliable used car.

I used to think that ALL dealerships are THE SAME. I WAS WRONG. I found myself unexpectedly in the market for a replacement vehicle & I was not looking forward to the whole ordeal. You know how it normally goes- the typical runaround, the stressful negotiations back and forth, the games that most dealers play, not to mention the endless hours the whole process can take from start to finish as if your time isn't valuable. They had an excellent selection of inventory available, but mostly I was impressed with the way I was treated by salesperson Felix Cruz. He went above and beyond, delivered exceptional customer service & was friendly and professional. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns, demonstrating his extensive product knowledge. He made me feel at ease & made the whole buying experience surprisingly pleasant. I drove off in a brand new Accord with extra bells and whistles that I wasn't even looking for because Felix made it happen! I'm just so glad I made Ray Price my first stop and that I didn't waste time by going somewhere else. I will never go to another dealership again! I already told my brother where I'm bringing him when his current lease is about to be up in a few months. I'm going to send all my friends and family to go see Felix whenever they need a vehicle. Our company has switched over from using another maker to Honda. Felix was the salesperson that handled the transactions and he was fantastic. He took his time in explaining the car and made himself available to answer any questions we had. Felix went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Several of my co workers are now interested in Honda and I recommended they speak to Felix. He is an asset to Ray Price and look forward to dealing with him when looking to purchase another vehicle.

Having an idea of what I needed to resolve an automobile issue I had, I visited Ray Price Cars in East Stroudsburg, Specifically the Ray Price Honda/Mazda/Volvo dealership on Fawn Road. I was greeted by Arthur Torres who was genuinely interested in finding out what I was looking for and why. It turns out that he had a better solution for me than I had considered. I now have an almost new Honda Civic that I bought at a good price. With considerable help from Jason in the business office I was able to get the purchase of the car arranged very quickly and was out of Ray Price Cars with my Civic in time to make it to a Christmas party! Everyone I met at Ray Price Honda was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and neat and we received a giant stuffed alien toy, too! It's a good thing my wife didn't notice the cute new Mazda Miata's or we may have left with TWO cars : ) I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for either a new or used car. Ask for Arthur Torres. He is the best!

Was looking for a used Legacy and happened to see one online at Ray Price Honda. Salesman was Jerry Slater. Jerry had a great personality and he was honest. We both agreed on a fair price and I bought the car. When I went to pick the car up the next day, Jerry came in on his day off to wash the car and make sure everything went smooth, that meant a lot. I have sent a few friends to him and he treated them the same way. When I'm ready for my next car I will definitely go to Ray Price.
