I highly recommend the team at Tasca and had a great

I highly recommend the team at Tasca and had a great experience with them. Got a hard to find vehicle at a very reasonable price. Got a fair deal on my trade. Josephine and Curtis were phenomenal. Not only are they exemplary representatives of the dealership, they are wonderful people. I have already started to spread the word. Was worth the trip from North Shore of Mass. Glad I drove by everyone else on the way there. Thanks my wife loves her new ride!!

Tasca Mazda was great.

Tasca Mazda was great. I called and the next day they got me in For a service. I've always bought Ford's I'm a big Ford nut but I figured I'd try Mazda they have a good reputation. Tasca has always been good to me and my family.

I brought my 2013 Mazda3 in for servicing, the right rear

I brought my 2013 Mazda3 in for servicing, the right rear Strut had broken off. I was greeted by Jospeh Sherman, Service Consultant, and he worked with me, throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle and making sure I had a loaner car to use. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how professionally, courteously, kindly and compassionately Joseph treated me!!!!!!! He is the ultimately Best customer service representative I have ever worked with at Tasca or anywhere else in my life! He kept me informed of every detail about the repair of my car and was always immediately responsive to any inquiry I made. He represents the great integrity that Tasca has always been famous for! Any business would be fortunate to have Joseph represent them, and I am grateful Tasca has Joseph! My repairs were done in a timely fashion, and I appreciated the service person who worked on my car, sending me a video of the entire underside of my vehicle. I close with this phrase: BRAVO to TASCA and especially to JOSEPH SHERMAN!!

Just bought a Mazda Cx 5 at Tasca.

Just bought a Mazda Cx 5 at Tasca. Cannon was my sales rep. He was knowledgeable about the car and its features and explained the basics to get me started. Always good to have a salesman who’s listens and obviously enjoys what he is doing. 10 out of 10

We recently bought a cx5, Joshua was our salesperson.

We recently bought a cx5, Joshua was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and the process went smooth. He even called on his day off to answer a question I had. Would definitely buy at tasca Mazda again and would recommend Joshua!

Excellent, no-hassle service.

Excellent, no-hassle service. Both the salesperson (Victor) and finance manager (April) were low-pressure. The focus was on getting us the right car for our needs in our budget. I usually hate car shopping, but Victor and the Tasca team were a pleasure to work with.

Extremely disappointed with the service received.

Extremely disappointed with the service received. I brought my 2021 Mazda CX-9 to Tasca for a valve stem seal recall. Despite the repair, the engine continued to burn oil. When I raised concerns with the service manager, Dennis, he insisted that “turbo” engines naturally burn oil—a claim I strongly disagree with based on 25 years of experience working on cars. It was clear to me that the repair had not been done correctly, but Tasca refused to readdress the issue. I eventually took the vehicle to Flood Mazda, where a technician confirmed that 3 out of 4 cylinder exhaust valve stem seals were improperly installed during the original repair. Given this experience, I would strongly caution against having any service work done at Tasca.

I highly recommend Tasca Mazda in Cranston to my friends,

I highly recommend Tasca Mazda in Cranston to my friends, family and anyone who's looking to purchase a car. My Sales Consultant, Kalic, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Mazda vehicles. He explained all the features and functions of the car and went above and beyond to help me with any concerns I had. I spoke with April in the finance department and she helped me to find a price that works. I appreciated that while she was processing the paperwork she considered my time and recommended I come back to the dealership in two hours while the paperwork was being drafted. She spoke highly of the Tasca family and this is the first time I ever truly thought of car dealerships as a family owned business. I appreciate Kalic, April and the Tasca family for their efforts in purchasing a car stress free and so efficiently. I was able to take my car home on the day I purchased it and after two weeks of driving the car, I am a huge Mazda fan! The car handles curves so smoothly and effortlessly!
