Would I recommend this dealership yes if your trade in is paid off ... But NO IF YOUR TRADE IN IS NOT PAID OFF...you're trading in a car do not come here if you owe anything on it. BECAUSE they act like they are giving you money on your trade and paying it off. But in fact they are giving you money for trade in but taking what you owe for your trade in back out of the money they gave you for your trade in.. So you will get nothing off the price of your new car. If they would tell you that in person would be better than being lied too. I'm just saying.

GREAT CAR BAD SERVICE
I had bought a 2020 Sorento from Carolina i have 14025 miles on it. I called and left message for service rep to call me back on 1/4/2022 10:42 still no call back i CALLED AGAIN 1/6/2022 at 3:17 pm and now its 1/7 and still no call back. Each time woman contacted me to service manage and said they will call me back. My front windshield was licking on the inside onto my dash and has not been replace or anything. ALL I WANT IS TO FIND OUT IF IT CAN BE FIXED UNDER MY WARRENTY I bought this car from this dealership after my husband passed away and he was always impressed with the reviews. I can tell you this is not impressive and I am looking for another car for my granddaughter and iT WILL NOT BE COMING FROM CAROLINA KIA if this is the service they give. I love my car but the service after the sale is the terrible. Thank you and God Bless
