Damage

My car has deep scratches by the roof of my car . Most likely by the car wash. I called back to tell them what happened and I haven?t heard back.

Lexus RX 350

Got taken cared of as soon as we arrived. Car work completed in the time estimated. Very nice customer waiting area facilitites.

The people at Lexus in Pleasanton are always very professional and helpful. We travel over an hour to get there and could easily go someplace closer. They also have refreshments and most dealerships don’t during this pandemic.

Warranty work at Pleasanton Lexus

After some back and forth regarding an expensive warranty repair on my vehicle, we reached a point where we were both happy. When we reached another decision point at a later date, Pleasanton Lexus stood by their word and completed the repair the following day! Thanks to the service manager and the two folks on his staff who assisted me.

First maintenance on a new 300h

First tried inquiring via website for an appointment and didn?t get a reply or follow-up. Then tried again and made an appt - when I arrived, the staff was not friendly and I did not feel welcome. While waiting for my car, I saw a staff member walking inside without a mask but covering his mouth with his hands ... then opened a door with the same hand. Took my own wipes to wipe everything after the service and am glad I did since there wasn?t any indication they were taking extra covid precautions. I?ll try a different dealer the next time .

Diagnose and fix a ?fail to start? problem

Service person John was helpful and sympathetic. The problem was supposedly ?fixed? after spending close to $199 for a thorough engine inspection and battery recharge. But the car failed to start the next day - very disappointed!
