Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. Showed up - no appointment and out the door in less than 2 hours with my problem solved. The communication was and professionalism was top notch.

Car was held up because management could not get insurance payments - one phone call from management would solve this issue. Service Advisor is great!

I can?t say enough good things about Lexus of Pleasanton and their staff. Our car buying processing was smooth throughout our whole experience, from ordering the vehicle, putting down a deposit, financing, and the best part- pick up! A huge shoutout to Shane Sorge who I give 5/5 stars too.

Forrest (Check In) and Nick (Check Out) and Technician

Forrest (Check In) and Nick (Check Out) and Technician Mike McGory took excellent care of my vehicle. I had a gash in one of my rear tires and needed to have all 4 tires replaced and have my regular service done. They always do an excellent job and I always appreciate the video MPI so I can really see what needs to be completed. Also, Dan Albina checked in my car before I met with Forrest and was so sweet and courteous!

We visited Lexus Pleasanton because we're not able to

We visited Lexus Pleasanton because we're not able to find the right color at other Lexus dealers. The sales consultant Masee Yousafi was very professional and friendly. He helped us order the car which was shipped in 3 weeks. The entire process was very smooth. The technician Andre Bounthapanya delivered the car to our residence the next day and educated us on the car functions/features with patience and good attitude. We're satisfied with the buying experience.
