Worst dealership experience!
Worst dealership experience!! This dealership has actually turned me off to Mazda, which is a BIG deal because we have three Mazda’s and were looking to get a fourth. Shopped with Bob Baker in Carlsbad for last 2 cars and had great experience ...should have gone back. Heck, at least 4 friends have purchased a Mazda in past few years based on my singing the Mazda song loud and long!! Unfortunately our experience with Hello Mazda has soured my view!!

Process was easy. Staff was very polite and professional. They delivered the car sooner than the original estimate. Will definitely go to Hello Mazda of SD back after being disappointed multiple times at Westcott Mazda in National City
