Hines dealership was professional and courteous. They checked the car thoroughly, gave their reccomendation on what repairs were needed immediately and what repairs could be put off for another time I was really impressed with the video presentation showing exactly what they were talking about. I was also impressed with the way they responded when I brought the car back a half hour after the repairs because there was a vibration after they rotated the tires. I was expecting a push-back, but they instantly took the car back, checked it out and corrected the problem!

The service department took my car in and didn’t even begin to look at it until over a week after it was there. They told me I needed much more fixed than I had to and the estimate was much higher than it should have been. When I went to pick up my car they told me to wait 10-15 minutes and took over 45 minutes to give me my keys with no updates throughout the time period

My car was there for three weeks and I had no update. I finally called and talked to Tabatha, and let her know that this is ridiculous I’m not sure why my car has not been done yet I have a warranty on it. And she said she did not know it was at the warranty when I told her multiple times it was under warranty. I am very disappointed with the service

I’ve been a loyal customer of JH for the past 5 years but...
I’ve been a loyal customer of JH for the past 5 years but I recently took my car in and had bad experience. Wait time was very long then was told after they were closing service department that it would not be done same day , I told them i needed my car or a loaner, then was told another 45 minutes and they would stay and finish the work. The ordeal took 5 hours.

They have always done an excellent job with my vehicles. I purchased a new Mazda 3 from them in 2012 and now have 217,000 miles. They have done all of the maintenance and have done a superb job.
