Pleasent Environment

Everything about Kempthorn Motors is wonderful! The car salesmen are always friendly and willing to help and the environment overall is perfect. I purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta and I could not be more happy with the purchase. This is the second car my family has purchased from Kempthorn's and I'm sure it won't be the last!

Absolutely the best

We just purchased our Audi today and I'm already writing a review because I am so impressed with the service I received. I have always dreaded going to dealerships but these guys changed my mind. They are on a whole different level of sheer awesomeness. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Absent from our experience: Pressure to buy

We really appreciated the care and time the sales person who dealt with us, answering all our questions, and offering information we hadn't considered in the purchase of our 2014 Mercedes ML350 Blue Tech. The entire process was comfortable and unhurried. The company has been in business more than 75 years and their longevity is based on sound philosophy. Our experience was that we were treated like family.

Great People! Awesome Service!

Buying a car at Kempthorn was truly a blessing! The whole team chipped in to help find me the right car. My salesperson Lisa, was awesome and friendly and kept me highly hydrated! I had an awesome experience and will shop at Kempthorn from now on!

Very Impressed

From the moment I sat down with Brad Salmon, I was impressed with his patience, knowledge, and accommodating sales experience. I had a unique situation, and Brad took this situation on with enthusiasm, and frankness. He helped me select cars (numerous) that would fit my needs, gave me insights on each of the cars, and graciously offered to continue looking. Once I solidified my decision, and brought back the necessary paperwork, Brad escorted me over to the office, introduced me to who I would be signing documents with. Every person working in the office congratulated me, and I felt pretty good about my decision. Afterwards, Brad showed me everything in my car after it had been washed, waxed, and details so it was gleaming!!!! He explained every button, every control, demonstrated how it all worked, and I felt secure in knowing my car's capabilities. Brad Salmon and the people at Kempthorn gave me the car of my dreams...........a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta............and I couldn't be more happy. This was the least stressful part of this entire ordeal that caused me to get a new car, and I am so thankful and appreciative of everyone of the employees, sales people, and especially Brad Salmon at Kempthorn.

Great experience

We had a great experience buying our car from Kempthorn. Brad and Erik were great. The process was never stressful and we are happy with our car. I would definitely purchase there again. I also was pleased they do not put the company logo on a decal on the car's body. That would have been a deal breaker for me.

Best car buying experience ever

Bought a VW Passat Diesel. Took us 2 years to decide, coming in several times. The staff was always pleasant, willing to give us time, never pressured us even the slightest bit. When finally came time to buy, a good price came without fanfare or tooth pulling. When it came time to pick up, the signing was easy and quick.

RUTH + IAN + ERIK = BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

My Sales Consultant, Ruth was so honest, down to earth, and helpful. She listened carefully, and did everything possible to ensure my satisfaction. I will never buy from anyone else again! She is absolutely brilliant :) The Sales Mgr., Ian gave me fair pricing on my trade, and helped me get the car I wanted, while staying within my budget...nothing short of a miracle! He was an absolute pleasure to work with! The Finance Mgr., Erik, made the financing quick, simple, and loads of fun. He was hilarious, and made me laugh from start to finish! Thank you Ruth, Ian, and Erik! You're the Best!!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE, HANDS DOWN!!!!!

From the moment I was greeted in the Kempthorn Motors car lot by Sales Consultant, Ruth Franz, until the day I took delivery of my Mazda 3, I received exceptional service! Ruth was extremely attentive, and listened to all my questions regarding monthly payment, fuel economy etc. She provided me with all the information I needed, without all the hassles and gimics. Ruth's sincere, straight forward, and humorous personality is a tremendous asset to Kempthorn Motors. I will never buy a car from anyone but Ruth! The Sales Manager, Ian Franz, performed nothing short of a miracle, to ensure that my monthly payment was within my budget. He went above and beyond to give me excellent trade value on my car. He is extremely knowledgeable, and a true professional. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Most people dread the Dealer Finance Office, and all the paperwork involved in completing the buying process. However, the Finance Mgr., Eric Parkinson made me feel like I was taking in a stand-up, comedy show. His sense of humor made the paperwork seem effortless. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary extra's, and made great recommendations for additional warranty items that were very important to me. I highly recommend Kempthorn Motors, and Ruth Franz for the best car buying experience!!
