Our experience here with Michael Maely was excellent.

Our experience here with Michael Maely was excellent. From the get go he provided all the information we needed including a personal video tour of the vehicle since the dealership was a little far away. He treated us like gold even though we were just buying a used car. Excellent experience all around. We really felt we were dealt with fairly and honestly. Thanks Michael!

I had Michael as a sales rep and he was great to work

I had Michael as a sales rep and he was great to work with. Very professional and excellent communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy another car from him.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! My experience with salesperson Michael Maely was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional and the entire dealership was first class. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

By far the easiest experience ever.

By far the easiest experience ever. Mike Guido made sure that we were in and out of the dealership and we never felt like we were just waiting for no reason. He was always more than willing to answer any of or questions or help us understand certain processes we might not know. Also he even went above and beyond and gave me his own charger so I could use Apple CarPlay for the long drive home. I thought buying a car was going to be the most painful process ever, but if you have Mike Guido as your salesman he will always go above and beyond for you no matter what!

I’ve spent like 7 figures over time at this dealer.

I’ve spent like 7 figures over time at this dealer. These guy have zero loyalty for their VIP’s. That’s sad. I remember when I was the guy they called when a new high end arrived. If charging $50k over was a standard nationwide I could see it but to stick it to a VIP is disgusting. Whalen’s butt is hurt over my last review which is why he didn’t reply to my email offering to buy both G63’s. It’s disappointing to be discarded as a loyal client. I’ll never buy from this dealer again in my lifetime. I’ll stick with Bentley Orlando who I took amazing care of me on my Flying Spur S. If you’re looking for a Mercedes dealer that will be loyal to all the hard earned dollars you spend don’t shop here. They don’t give a xxxx.
