Best car buying experience!!!

Everyone I dealt with at Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi went above & beyond to make this car buying experience that I?ve ever had?Dayton & Chris were the best!!!

Purchase of 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE

No pressure dealership!, Jim Shorkey Uniontown has been a pleasure to work with. This is the 5th vehicle that I have purchased but the first Mitsubishi vehicle that I have purchased for myself. Very impressed with the vehicle Drive, comfort and all associated experiences with this new vehicle. Definitely will recommend purchasing a Mitsubishi to friends and family in the future.

Satisfied

Overall satisfied with the purchase of Outlander. Only recommendation is facility should have more of a privacy room for customers when finalizing finances, banking and payment details. I could overhear other customers discussions and their personal information because of how the offices are setup - open, no doors, clear glass, and side by side ? very easily overhearing others personal information etc? Other than that , process of purchasing new vehicle was not lengthy, no wait time and was wrapped up in 2 hours total from time I walked in to driving away in new vehicle. Fastest turnaround time I?ve encountered buying a vehicle . Sales Rep Josh- good kid , very knowledgeable about the vehicle, professional and easy to talk to.

Top Notch Service

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. Even though I was somewhat indecisive, he was very patient and continued to work towards getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. Both he & Don worked with me to ensure that I was happy with the financing and crunched numbers a few times to get my monthly payment to where I needed it to be. Weldon was thorough and answered any questions I had regarding the warranties, which were all great deals. The GM, Todd, took the time to introduce himself and offer any assistance needed. This was my first experience with Shorkey Uniontown, but it definitely not be my last! I work in the hospitality industry, so I know great customer service when I see it and these gentlemen are top notch!

Easier than I expected

This was so much easier than I ever thought I would be! Bought a brand new Kia Sportage and I’m so happy with everyone. Thanks Chris and Lloyd!

Trashy

Very disgusting experience. Deception and lies. They turned the lights out on me during the signing of documents. Wish I would've went somewhere else. Still waiting on a written response addressing the environment of the sale. The social media outreach was also very unhelpful.

We know exactly what you are referring to, and the lights were not even out for more than 30 seconds as someone accidentally turned them off as it was late and did not realize there were still people in the building. As we had mentioned numerous times, the GM has tried to reach out to you but VM is not set up. You have both his office and cell number.

Stay away from here. Buy anywhere but here.

Horrible buying experience. Issues with vehicle we're covered up before purchase, and even after identifying them, the dealership remained defiant and refused to fix them. Also would not reduce the price of the vehicle and off for me to afford the repairs myself. Multiple times during the sale they tried to get me not to buy the vehicle even. This is on top of the fact they admittedly did not follow proper procedure in checking out the vehicle before sale. Yet would not correct. Equipment on the vehicle that was not working at the time of purchase, I had to pay for and fix myself... Yet was not advertised or sold as an "as is" vehicle. 20 Days later and still no resolution after filing Better Business Bureau complaint. I highly recommend not doing business with them, they are not upstanding and don't care if they make customers happy at all. Take my advice, this was the worst buying experience I've ever had....And I've been through 36 vehicles to this point in my life. Trust me. Dont do it no matter how good it seems.

We do not have a copy of the qcert tech check list. It was a breakdown in process and policy that has been addressed with the technician, service writer and service manager. As I told Mr Ostrander at time of purchase the warranty is internal and good at Jim Shorkey Auto group only and that we would honor the warrantied items here with or with out the checklist. Additionally I did tell Mr Ostrander, I was fine with him not buying the vehicle and if he had any doubts about the vehicle quality , I would prefer he did not purchase it, because I do not want customers to feel misled, unsatisfied or unhappy if at all possible. Based on his new issue, I will be happy to unwind the deal and issue him a full refund if he returns the vehicle by the close of business on 1/21/19. If he would like to take that option I want him to understand that after the vehicle is returned and checked for physical damage it will take approximately 7-10 business days to receive his refund. Outside of this option I do not intend to modify his deal in any way. Thank You.
