Smooth, fast sale with great follow up
My husband and I were discussing getting a mini-van and found a great one on the lot at Bigler. We walked in around 5:30PM and told Chris that we wanted to look at it and he came right back with the keys for a test drive. We were able to make a quick deal and received a $300 Visa gift card with our purchase! We asked for a copy of the most recent service record which Chris couldn't find but he called us the next day and let us know that since the van had been on their lot for only a couple of days before Christmas it hadn't been serviced yet. They had us bring it back in the next day and drop it off. They gave me a great loaner to use for the day and they did an oil change, inspection, filled up the gas tank, and replaced the battery on the van. Keep in mind, we had already purchased it so they didn't have to do any of that! We also received coupons for a free oil change and vehicle detail to use at their service department. Everyone was extremely friendly, we didn't feel pressured or hassled at any point. We would definitely go back!

Smooth, no-hassle transaction with Chris Luly
I only had a couple of days to find a "new" (used) car, and Chris Luly from Bigler Motors made it happen with no pressure or old-school antics whatsoever. Not only that; he truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. I'd never met Chris before, but that didn't stop him from doing his best. I won't go anywhere else when I'm looking for a vehicle and I'll refer everyone I know too! I was so unhappy with some other dealerships but when I walked into Bigler my perception changed in a huge way! There's no messing around here, you know what you get without any 'games'. Just a great group of people do do business with.
A quick easy transaction. I located the truck on line. Shot a few e-mails back and forth with Chris and worked out the deal. Smooth easy and quick. Most dealerships I have purchased autos from tends to take at least 2 hours. Bigler Motors and I were done within 30 minutes!

Got us in the right car!
I initially stopped to look at a different car. After talking with Chris and Bryan about our needs and wants, they suggested another vehicle. The car they recommended could not have been a better fit. Knowledge and familiarity of their inventory was definitely appreciated. Chris made the extra effort to get us a deal that made us feel good about the purchase. No pressure sales, everyone was cordial and friendly, even those not involved made us feel welcome. My significant is a details person, she pointed out it was the only dealer we had been to that the car was immaculate. We didn't need to say, "If we buy this you are going to clean it up, right?"

Best car buying experience of our life!
My husband and I found a car online that we were interested in and asked a few questions via email. We immediately received a response from Bryan Luly who answered all of my questions and asked if we would like to come see the car. We live in Omaha and had a few decisions to make about our existing car so I told him I would get back to him. Bryan said ok and, while I fully expected a barrage of calls, texts, and emails from him, he left it at that. When we were ready to drive to Lincoln to see the car we were already half-way sold on making a purchase simply because we loved Bryan’s no pressure attitude. When we arrived we fell in love with the car, were offered a more than fair trade-in amount for our car, and we drove our new car home within 2 hours. Unbelievable service from an amazing professional. We have already told our story to several people and will continue to tell our story in hopes that all of our friends and family will make a trip to Bigler Motors in Lincoln for their next car purchase. No pressure sales, great buying experience
I initially went to Bigler to just test drive a few vehicles I research online, although I did bring the title to my trade-in with me just in case. I brought my dad along so I had someone to discuss the pros and cons of the vehicles I was test driving. I appreciate the initial hands-off sales approach. I arrived at the dealership around 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday, walked around the lot sitting in several of the vehicles and taking a tour of the entire lot. On my second time through the lot, Chris came out and introduced himself and asked if I had any questions, at that point I did have a couple of questions, which Chris answered. Chris explained that all the vehicles were unlocked, with the keys inside so that I could start up the vehicle to see how it sounded. Once I was ready, I headed inside and gave Chris my info and asked a few questions related to the car I ended up purchasing. He answered all my questions and even printed off the Car Fax to explain the concerns I had, which ended up not being a concern. I test drove several vehicles and before each test drive, Chris had started up the car to cool it off while I was out driving cars (it was a hot day). Throughout the process, Chris was close by to answer any questions I had, but wasn't hovering or pressuring me into something I didn't want. Once I made my decision, the rest of the time was spent getting the paperwork in order. During this time, Chris was personable and reaffirmed my decision to purchase my vehicle through Bigler. It's only been a couple of days since I traded-in my Dodge Charger for a Chrysler 300S and based on my experience with Chris and Bigler Motors, I have no buyers remorse. This is my third vehicle purchase from Bigler and there will be more to come in the future. Even bringing my dad along, he saw the professionalism displayed by Chris and his next car purchase will be from Bigler.
