Both the gentleman and the young lady at the computers handling appointments and the many, many customers that were coming in kept the flow running smoothly and accurately. The mechanics who performed the work on my car seemed very knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly. I was kept fully informed of the diagnosis made of the condition of my vehicle, and if any repairs were needed, and what the estimate was in cost. I was very comfortable in the waiting room: TV, magazines, coffee, water, and snacks were offered if you would like them. When the work was complete, I was shown the work order and each item discussed so that I knew exactly what the charges were for and what was the condition of my vehicle.
