Attempted to buy a new QX-70 from this dealer. He came in with a insulting, low ball offer for my trade and had no interest in dealing for the sale. A sad excuse for a Infiniti dealer...avoid at all costs.

Mr. Vine, I understand your frustration with buying a new car over a long distance. It appears that you were looking for a specific vehicle and searching the country for the right one. The value given for your trade-in was an approximate value. Keep in mind that since you are approximately 1,000 miles from our dealership, we have never seen your vehicle. We are relying on our local market data and NADA book values to determine a true market value for your vehicle. There is no way that anyone can give you a "firm" figure on your car without seeing it. You made an offer substantially under the listed price as well. We did not take offense to your offer; we can choose to either accept it, counter it, or turn it down. We submitted a fair offer to you considering the circumstances and you chose not to take it. Perhaps your car would be worth more if we were able to physically conduct an actual appraisal. I have reviewed the email correspondence and notes related to your transaction and in no way were you treated unfairly or were you insulted. The Salesperson responded to every one of your requests in a timely and businesslike manner. He was making an honest attempt at earning your business. I am sorry that we could not come to an agreement on the terms and earn your business. We are a dealership with a very good reputation and we value our customers. We conduct business fairly and in a professional manner and have for over 70 years. Again, I apologize that we were not able to complete a deal. Shayne Goff General Manager
The BEST DEALERSHIP!
In my first visit to Wendle's service department, they easily solved a number of problems with my new Nissan - which two other Nissan dealerships had been unable to do! I have never been treated so well at any dealership in many years of car ownership. I am now an extremely happy, devoted and loyal customer - even though I have to drive four hours to get there! It's well worth it. They're wonderful in every way.

Chad Page Does great work (Nissan Maxima)
It is my honor to say Chad Page does GREAT WORK! If you have a chance to work with Chad you will not regret it. He will work hard to get you the deal that is right for you. If it were not for Chad my wife and I would be stuck with a car we no longer needed. He got us in to a great car with a more than fare deal. Kim David was also great to work with as well. An amazing journey
I walked in not really knowing what to expect, when a young man approached me by the name of Tim Kilroy. He was friendly and really young, as am I too only being 24 and he 23, but he presented himself as a professional and very knowledgeable salesman. I told him what I wanted and he instantly helped me find exactly what I described. As a guy who only wears the pants when the wife is not around, I decided to let my wife look at the truck we selected together and drove to my house to show her, and maybe ask for a little permission. He got to know me personally and I him. He was patient and very understanding the whole time and maintained a very professional yet friendly demeanor that I find rare even in the Military. Him and Sean Gallagher were amazing. They let me think about it by letting me take the truck home for the next day. My wife and I talked about it and decided it was not the truck I really had been searching for so I looked around on their website and asked Tim about another truck I saw online. He met me at Wendle, ready to meet my relentless requests, after work and after a quick drive of our new pick, my wife and I had no doubt it was the one we wanted. With Tim's amazing expertise, Sean's amazing customer service and Nate's fantastic care for customers and attention to detail, the truck was an easy buy for me and my wife. Ron Kaiser, the financial manager, was the second best part of our experience. His financial advise and expertise was a blessing. When a complete stranger gives you advise on something that he does not have to, or when a financial manager doesn't try to sell you added stuff that you and he/she knows you don't need..... Speechless as to how Ron really affected me and my wife's lives. We were truly honored to have met Ron Kaiser. We walked out with all my demands met: 1) Spray in liner. It already had it but it was going to be thrown in for free before they even realized it already had it. 2) Full tank of gas. They filled it while Ron took care of us. LASTLY 3) A shiny wash. You can't show up to work the next day with a dirty truck and be proud of your buy. Tim and Nate were there to give me my keys and last hand shake and afterwards we drove off. We had never been so amazed by the care that we had gotten. Thank you everyone named above, and I'm sure there are a few others that made my experience happen behind the scenes and I want to thank the entire staff there that night for the amazing experience.
