MINI of San Francisco

I walked into the dealership on foot and drove out on wheels. Birendra, who goes by B, was my liaison and really took the time to hear my needs and understand what I was looking for. I was treated well and appreciated the warm and not-pushy demeanor that everyone treated me with. I could tell everyone there cared about their jobs, about Mini, and about the customers they welcome into their community. B explained that he was not only going to be my sales rep, but would also be my point person for any questions or help I’d need in the future with the car. Walking into the dealership, I saw Mini simply as a petite car with a really great design, but after leaving I feel like it’s bigger than that — a brand experience that’s earned my affinity.

Great experience buying my second Mini from the MiniSF 😊. It's the same place from where I got my first Mini! I feel they are pretty good with their inventories and also very good with customer relationships!

I have been a loyal Mini owner for over 10 years. I have always driven a base Cooper hatchback and when the time came to trade in my old 2013 Mini I thought I would explore the possibility of upgrading to a Cooper S. Not only did they find the right the right S model for me, it was a 4 door loaded with special features and a ton of warranty time remaining
