2 years ago my brother in CT was looking for a new Hybrid Camry. I looked all over New England and found Berto at Prime Toyota and he took care of the complete sale including the trade in and delivery! I never met him in the process because I was out of town when it was delivered to CT. It was the first time any of us had been thoroughly pleased with a car purchase. This week it was my turn. I looked all over the East Coast for an Avalon and found a model of the car with a great price in Maryland. I called Berto told him what I had found and what I was looking for and he went to work for me. He called me with 3 options and his pricing with the trade in was right on the number. This was a big purchase and with all of my questions he either had or found the answers right away. I drove up to see the dealership and meet Berto. He was professional and had everything ready to go. I have bought many cars over the years and I have liked either the dealership or the salesperson but not both until now. This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Berto was by far the best salesperson I have worked with and I did not have to spend any time going back and forth with managers on pricing. Actually the dealership was fantastic. It was clean, professional and the finance and dealership managers were great to work with. There was no pressure and everything went smoothly. If you are in the market for a Toyota or Scion you should work with Berto!

After many bad service experiences with my Tacoma in Portland (dealer to remain unnamed here), I called Prime for a broken leaf spring on my truck. The service person knew about the recall before I said anything and told me he'd order a replacement right away. I asked if he needed to see it first (the other place first told me no, then never ordered it because they did need to see it... arggghhh), and Prime said no. I even volunteered a picture of the broken spring and he said don't worry about it, we'll take care of it. So, the day the leaf pack came in, my wife took it in. She loved the place - wants to take it back for maintenance, something about massages on the w/e? lol! Anyway, they replaced both sets of leafsprings and told her it might need to come back once Toyota figures out how they want to handle the recall, this fix was temporary. 2 new sets of leafs are a temporary fix? Love these guys! Maybe I'll go in on the w/e for the massage. Ha!

Very pleasant experience buying a new Corolla. No pressure. I never felt rushed even though they were very busy. Berto answered all of my questions, happily helped me to to test drive the cars I wanted to try and listened to what my needs were and worked to get me what I was looking for in a car.
