I bought my first Toyota in July 2006 and keep returning bc of the professional way I am treated by the staff. As a much older woman I really appreciate this. When Brian contacted me about my maintenance appointment and a possible interest in a trade in, he was very polite and respectful. I think he is an excellent listener. He does not have an agenda for selling a car. He listened to what I would say and respond accordingly. I love Toyotas. As long as one does normal/routine maintenance the cars run like new.
