Great easy process

Very smooth easy experience, David was very nice and helpful through out the whole process. I will definitely recommend David and the dealership to any of my friends looking to purchase a new car.

Buyer

I got a F150 and my family and I are very pleased. Tony Ellis is a great sale man. He give me a lot of his time and answered all of my question on the phone and at the dealership. I would buy from him again and tell my friends about him.

2013 Explorer Limited The service provided by Michelle and Lafayette Ford was excellent. Great service but too slow and with an attitude.

I have a 2014 F-350 with the 6.7L diesel. I stopped by the Fast Lane to have my coolant additive checked. In the past, when I have stopped by for this test, the test was performed within 10 minutes. I waited over 45 mins for my truck to be seen and then another 15 mins for my truck to be ready to leave. As a regular customer, I was also confused by the Fast Lane Manager's attitude. He asked me if I purchased this truck at Lafayette and I told him I had not but that I was a regular Lafayette customer. He proceeded to tell me that they would get to my truck when they could. I've never been treated that way by any other service personnel at Lafayette and I was extremely disappointed by his remark and attitude.

Floyd and Blanche Jacobs

When we arrived on Thursday morning Oct. 20th. Salesman Kim Thompkins met us in the lot,introduced himself,and continued to give us his undivided attention. He was completely helpful throughout the processs of test driving several cars, through the financial process, and making the choice of the 2015 Ford Fusion. We were completely satisfied with the service and attention we were given. This is the 2nd automobile we have purchased at Lafayette Ford . Everybody helps,Big Family

Darren Dennis was absolutely key to figure everything out and walking us through the process. He introduced us to Tess who provided us with a Loaner Lincoln so the day could still be productive. Michael Green was great with communicating to us the repairs and time required for our Lincoln.
