Great Quick Lane Service!
This was my 3rd trip to Lafayette Ford for regular schedule maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) Someone from your staff always greets you at the door to assist you with any service required on my F-150 Truck. Great Job!

The car was fixed in a timely manner but the issue is that I was told that it will happen again in the next 3000 miles so Ford knows that this line of car is having that problem and is not doing anything to improve it .the staff was very up front and did there job very well.

Sales Associate
I had an outstanding sales associate that helped me through my process of purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Butch was great and had me out of the facility in an hour and a half. He assisted me throughout my purchase in how to use all vehicle navigations. I recommend everyone to go in to see him if they ever want to purchase a vehicle.

After the 6th attempt to fix my vehicle with the part that was required for me to drive my Lincoln MKS, I am to say the least glad to have my vehicle back. I must add this was not the service departments fault, due the fact that Ford/Lincoln kept sending the wrong part. I was at no time without a vehicle while mine was in the shop. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive for this period. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and a special thanks to Michele Dunham my service advisor and David Fraire our Lincoln Sales Representative.
