Bait & switch.

Bait & switch. Contacted dealership about an available Tesla Model 3, and they assured us that it was eligible for the state & federal EV credit. We drove over an hour and loved the car, ready to pay cash for balance after rebates. However, then the salesperson said they couldn't process the rebates. We walked out, having wasted 3 hours. Had they told us up front they could not process the rebates, we may have still made the drive and been prepared for the higher price tag, but their lack of honestly cost them the sale and wasted our time.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Gene Wagner was instrumental with my positive experience. He is an excellent salesman. Knowledgeable, patient and professional. He made the entire experience from the inquiry phone calls, test drive and ultimate purchase a very positive experience. I was also fortunate to work with Paige. Paige delivered my vehicle to my home. Her enthusiasm and excitement upon arrival to my home was contagious. She was helpful and professional. Paige was refreshing and should consider going into sales!

Total scam and they refused to do work that was promised

Total scam and they refused to do work that was promised .was told after I saw a cpo bmw that all was good , no scratches , car looked beautiful in pictures , I negotiated over the phone and I drove 6 hours to the dealership with intent to buy it , I found out that the car have multiple scratches and paint defect , one wheel damaged , tear in the third row seat , deep scratches on the bumper , missing carpets , deep scratches on the glass door panels , I was disappointed and I wanted to walk away but they promised me that they can fix those minor stuff at their body shop so I decided to proceed with the deal , after 2 weeks of them having the car I received little communication and after they told me that the car is ready and they are sending it to Pa I discovered upon delivery that they only fixed the wheel and bumper , nothing else was touched , I reached out to the sales manager Leo who told me that they did the best they could with the other issues and there is nothing else he can do as I have gotten a good deal and paid less what they have paid for the car , I have a written contract detailing all the work that was promised and now after they made the sale they are ignoring me . It’s a shame that I trusted a big BMW dealership to be treated this way , I don’t usually leave reviews but I will continue to do to let other people know how shady they are , I contacted the general attorney and the local news as well . Soon will hire an attorney if nothing gets addressed , all I am asking for is what was promised that it will be fixed for an 80k that I purchased … if anyone can help me pls reach out to me … Thank you

never disclosed any body damage to vehicle or the horrible smoke smell inside the vehicle. salesman told me it was the gm vehicle and was babbied. had me wire the money 3 days before my arrival i live 3 hours away my bad . contacted them next day with my concerns told them i was bringing car back. well not that easy lets come up with a resolution ok well guys been 4 weeks. 55k bmw worst delivery or dealership ever delt with typical get the check see ya attitude very dissapointed
