My car was picked up from my home and a loaner was given, so I didn't have to figure out how I was going to get to work and then back to a dealership to pick up my car. Super super helpful and very much appreciated!

I bought a used truck from this dealership. 8 months later the paint that was put on the frame finally wore off and we could see how bad the frame was!!! Had it looked at by them, their guy said absolutely not should we be driving this and that this should have never been sold to us! Went to BBB to complain, they lied and said they offered us a roll over with our payment to get into a new truck -- THEY LIED!!!!!!! THEY NEVER OFFERED US THIS!!!!!! Or else we would have taken this option at that time as we were now down a vehicle. They don't care about you so long as they make money from you; not once have they tried helping us in this situation other then giving us a loaner car for 2 weeks while it took that long to sit in their lot just to be examined!!

This is the second commercial ram I’ve bought from Adirondack Auto. I would buy a third from them and recommend Adirondack to the public.

From the minute I bought my 2021 grand Cherokee to its first oil change the salesman, finance dept and their service dept. All have done excellent job. Prompt polite service all the way. I have always bought jeeps and always have been serviced by Adirondack and never been dissatisfied.
