chapman buyer

i am always well treated at Chapman Ford by Fred Bell. this is my third car from him. i got a great deal and the Edge that I wanted for the price that i wanted . Go Eagles!

third time buyer

we bought our third car from fred bell . two of them are jeeps . we like dealing with fred bell , chapman , ford, jeep, we are normally jeep people. chapman has a good service department .

2015 Jeep Cherokee

Bernie at Chapman Ford was extremely helpful and made sure we got the best deal on the car for our daughter. He explained everything so we understood what we were getting. He also took the time to explain all the feature of the car to our daughter.

Ford Service

Great experience at Chapman with regards to F150 service. Joe Kerwick, who I have dealt with in the past and is always a real gentleman, went out of his way to accommodate my request regarding the timing of the completion of my vehicle repairs. He corresponded via text the entire time my truck was with him and completed all the labor and had my truck back to me within the time frame I requested. I have other dealers closer to me but this is why I go to Chapman and will continue to ask for Joe in the future as my service adviser. Great communication and great service.

i am buyer

Came to look at a Mustang. It was very nice. I wanted to trade my Ram 3500 crew cab in for it . Fred Bell Gave us a good deal and good service. I had a very good experience at Chapman Ford.
