Excellent, professional service

Great Salesman

Bought a used Jeep Wrangler and was treated like I was buying the most expensivecar on the lot. My salesman, Allen Ramsey aka Elvis, was awesome and patiently explained/answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Outstanding Customer Service

I recently purchased a 2009 Subaru Forester from Crest Auto World. I researched the vehicle on the internet and was contacted by their representative, Paul. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable, and provided me with answers to any questions I had. He set up a sales appointment with his associate, Meg, and everything went well. There were no surprises or excuses. This is a great way to car shop. Especially with Paul and Crest Auto World!

First and maybe last service

Went in for an oil change/tire rotation apt on a brand new vehicle purchased from Crest. First thing in the morning and it still took them 2hours. Yes literally. Wasn't kept informed of the process...and there is not much to do but wander the parking lot while waiting. No idea why it took so long - but with a Prompto within 5 minutes of Crest..doubtful I would return. Liked the car buying experience - disliked the service.

Busy Lady, I am sorry you were not kept in the loop on the extended wait time for your vehicle, that is unacceptable to us. New Car Purchase

After my husband was in a car accident - we needed a new vehicle and only had a week to find one. Crest had a great selection at great prices.
