Well they have done it again.

Well they have done it again. Wejust purchased our 4th auto from Cumberland Toyota and we are just as pleased with this experience as the first one. Jennifer and Ronnie were super helpful. The rav4 we wanted had to be shipped and Jennifer kept us informed all though the process. Great customer service and attitude. If you are in the market for a toyota i think you would be very happy if you choose them.

Lexi Buckler was an excellent sales associate. She was very knowledgeable and if she didn’t know she did not hesitate to find out. Lexi was kind and professional. She made our purchase smooth. This was our 3rd purchase from Cumberland Toyota.

These folks run a great business.

These folks run a great business. I live about an hour and a half away. We were able to sort out nearly all the details of my trade in, and multiple questions i had via text, including negotiations. Even sending me multiple photos and videos of the Tundra I was interested in. I did a trade in plus boot in cash and was in and out in about an hour. No up selling, no shady nonsense, and straight to the point. Toby even gave my trade in a once over and noticed i had forgotten several things. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had.

Don’t be deceived by their 30 day bumper to bumper

Don’t be deceived by their 30 day bumper to bumper guarantee. That gave me more confidence than I should have had when I bought my jeep from them. I noticed a crack and a chip in the windshield, which is a safety concern and they would not help. Take your business somewhere that does what they say they will.

We’d like to clarify that we provide a 30-day comprehensive mechanical warranty on used vehicles with less that 80K miles rather than a bumper-to-bumper warranty. The vehicle in question was purchased on May 28th, and it is now June 27th, while we understand your frustration, it’s possible that the chip or crack in the windshield occurred after the purchase. If the windshield had shown any chip or crack prior to the sale, we would have repaired or replaced it to ensure the vehicle met our quality standards. When I went to look at the Rav 4 I didn’t see anyone

When I went to look at the Rav 4 I didn’t see anyone outside so when I went in Stephanie was there. Stephanie was GREAT and very Knowledgeable. She explained everything I wanted and needed to know. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with Cumberland Toyota was so unbelievably bad, I can’t stay quiet. This was easily the worst customer service and dealership experience I’ve ever had — not just with Toyota, but with any company I’ve ever dealt with. Cumberland Toyota already has a reputation for being unreliable, overcharging, and neglecting their customers — and now I understand why. From the start, I was met with rudeness, condescension, and a complete lack of professionalism. I was insulted, talked down to, and treated as if I was stupid simply for asking questions about a warranty-covered issue. Rather than helping me or honoring the warranty, they gave me the runaround and flat-out refused to assist. It was clear they had no intention of helping unless it made them money. I was left feeling disrespected, unheard, and outraged. This experience has completely changed how I view Toyota as a brand. If this is how their dealerships operate, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Absolute disgrace.

Had an excellent experience with Venessa at Cumberland Toyota. Was able to get a deal on a 2025 Tundra 1794 worked out almost entirely via text. She had the best pricing I could find within 600 miles, so I flew up and got my truck. She made the whole process effortless and I have recommended Venessa and Cumberland to anyone shopping for a Toyota!

Everyone we met and had dealings with was absolutely the nicest and most helpful car dealership I’ve ever been to. Lexi was our sales person and she is knowledgeable and the most accommodating sales person I’ve known. She is the sweetest and most caring lady to be as young as she is. She knows her product and she wants to make her customers happy and proud they shopped at Cumberland Toyota. I’d never shop anywhere else. I love my new car and we saved almost $10K by driving from Franklin. Plus I love Cookeville! Awesome place and awesome people there.
