DeNooyer Jaguar

I just purchased my first Jaguar! I specifically purchased an E-Pace. I had exceptional service from both Dale and Jon. I specifically want to thank Dale for his time, patience, and attention in making sure I was comfortable and new all the "bells & whistles" on my new Jag! I felt like I was the only one that existed in that Dealership when I picked up my Jag. Thank you all again!!!!!

In purchasing our 2017 F-Pace, we had a lot of questions and were debating between the Jaguar and another Lexus. Will's customer service exceeded our expectations. He offered to ride along with us during the test drive and was knowledgeable about all aspects and features of the vehicle (patiently answering my questions as I typed into my Excel spreadsheet). Will followed up with us promptly and was fair and reasonable during the negotiation process. He even searched to find me the exact color and interior I wanted, and had the vehicle shipped from Cincinnati. The day we picked up the vehicle, he drove to Kalamazoo from vacation with his family to be there to personally ensure we had our needs met. Then, he spent 45 minutes ensuring we knew every detail we needed to about the F-Pace and how to navigate the features. And he did it all with a smile. Hands down the best service and experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. And the service after the sale has been just as good.
