Unprofessional & No Accountability

I purchased a 2016 Lexus GX460 from Glenn Polk earlier this week. I am from out of state and this was the closest trim package GX i could find that i wanted. I asked them a ton of questions. Including has it ever been in a accident?, they replied no, has it had any paint work?, they replied no, the paint is great,no dent or scratches. Etc. I got the car delivered to my work so that i could suprise my wife. When the car is delivered i notice that the car had been in a accident, the passenger side front wheel liner was tore up, the driver side fender was dented in, the front bumper had been repainted and didnt match at all. So now im having to spend $1500 on top of what i paid for this vehicle to get it presentable to deliver to my wife. If this is the kind of vehicles they let leave their dealership and consider great shape, please do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction of this place.

Looking at F250

Pulled thru as I only had 30 minutes to look before appt and saw Truck I liked. Told Ben price and what I wanted for my trade in as I wanted low pressure in and out fast. He did that exactly and I was back in and out in hour. Took longer to transfer items from my truck to new Truck. Ben was great listener and did Great Job!! Well worth the visit!! Satisfied!!

Distressed motor home driver

Very understanding and supportive through a trying incident. Brittany was a super communicator and efficiently handled many details of repair. I/We were very satisfied with the diagnosis and work to fix a challenging situation.

Above and beyond service

We were traveling from out of state when we experienced a problem with our truck that would have stranded us before a big snow storm was moving in. We called to see if they could help us. They had the part needed and even stayed late on a Saturday to do the repair and get us back on the road. Truly an amazing group of people willing to help strangers in need. Thank you!

Great Transaction / Great Jeep!!

The team at Glen Polk did a great job. My jeep was just as promised. They did everything and more for us. They explained the vehicles options, went over warranty, filled it up with gas and called to check on us after we got home.
