Excellent and quick service

Unexpected problem led to my car being towed in right before closing. The next morning I had a call with the diagnosis and estimate. I was given options for additional recommended work, but no high pressure sales pitch. it was all done by that afternoon and I am very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend these folks.

Beyer KIA Service is OUTSTANDING

Shwan is the best. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, smart, and trustworthy. My car was serviced in good time and with no problems. I’d like going to Beyer because of him.

Maintenance on my S60 volvo

Great Experience

I took my car in for a 6-month checkup/oil change/tire rotation. They said it would take about an hour and a half, and it did, including the car wash, which I really appreciate. The waiting room is comfortable. The whole experience was great. Many thanks. I'll be back in another 6 months.

Great clean cars. Should have started here.

Spent all day looking around town at busted used cars. The two best cars were both at Don Beyer Volvo. Had my choice and would have been happy with either. They were priced competitively, especially given how clean they were. Nom was great, and nobody tried to force upsales on me.

i have no idea what you are asking for.

i went there for a recall. their service was efficient and helpful, and they have the best waiting room i've ever been in..... a computer, a tv, comfortable chairs, drinks, snacks!

Disappointed and now disgusted!

I went last week to buy a 2016 Volvo. At first things were great! Nam was the sales man. Then when sitting down for the loan I caught a $850 gap insurance addition which I explained I did not want and already had through my car insurance. The loan guy named Mr. Nadari tried to say that I would not be qualified for this loan with out adding the gap insurance. I explained I will not take out the loan and he became angry! While I watched a grown man act like a child, he was throwing the papers in the trash can and just acting like a child! After I walked out he re did the paper work to remove the $850 and while I went over the numbers again he started to get frustrated once more. I explained I will not sign without understanding and this disturbed him. I finally signed for the loan and asked for the second key which they tell me does not exist. Then I pay for the MD inspection and pay for the repairs needed to pass the inspection. I ask Nam again since I paid several hundred dollars on fixing the car to get it to pass MD inspection if he would as a “courtesy” provide me with the spare key to the car I bought. He refused. His manager refused. I emailed Mr. Kesterson in hopes to get a response and still nothing! I paid this dealer for tags and they won’t even respond to me informing me if they have processed the paper work. I find this very unprofessional. This is not how any business should treat a customer especially when making such a large purchase as a Volvo! Buyer beware.
