The worst car buying experience ever. I purchased a used 2016 Ram 2500 Cummins in May 2020 had transmission problems from day one. Vehicle was under a sales warranty and a manufacturer warranty and as of today 12/28/20 the issue is not resolved. The dealer has had the truck for more days than me over the last seven months. Phone calls are never returned. Dealer keeps saying it’s the warranty company that won’t let them replace the transmission. Why buy a Certified Preowned vehicle if Ram will “NOT” honor the warranty? Suresky and Ram should be embarrassed! I will keep you updated.
