Not once did I feel pressured to buy, plus he was super helpful and knowledgeable on all of them (not to mention he's got a great sense of humor!)! After careful consideration and a test drive, I decided on a 2013 Edge. The rest of process was easy after that and he was there to walk me through all the steps. I just stopped in there quick on the weekend to look at a used car for work and as I was looking a nice dressed clean cut gentleman came up and introduced himself as Travis and asked if he could help me with anything.. my natural response was " Nope just looking" ... and this is when I knew I was dealing with 1st class salesman his reply was " Not a problem My name is Travis if there anything you need please feel free to find me let me go get you a bottle of water while you look".... I was hooked... him NOT trying to sell me a car made me WANT to buy a car from him so I let him take me to 2nd base and went on a test drive , Travis was knowledgeable and focused on features that mattered to me and what i was going to use the car for and not only that HE WAS HILARIOUS, if he wasn't such a great salesman I could of swore he was a comedian ... for a minute I thought I was on PUNK'd and Asthon Kutcher was going to jump out of the truck.. but that didn't happen we returned to the dealership and i pulled into "SOLD ROW" as he called again making me take ownership before i even knew what was happening .. so we talked turkey "numbers" and i really mean we TALKED it was like talking to a friend and i just so happen to be buying a car from.. and Ames Ford being a BEST PRICE DEALERSHIP is amazing I didn't think that was a real thing the way they deal is awesome we talked numbers I told them where i needed to be for this to make sense and BOOM next thing I know I am laughing signing papers on my new Fusion and I love the car... Travis made my car buying experience so awesome and easy it was dangerous .. I want to buy another it haha

Stopped in to look at trucks, they had a great selection and the sales staff was extremely helpful and not pushy. Definitely would recommend this place if you're looking for a new vehicle.

I took my old escape, “raider nation”, in for an oil change. Once it was there, the service tech found that my ty-rods and brakes were shot! No other shop had looked these over previously. Luckily, they noticed this and pointed it out! I’m so grateful for their service and looking out for my best interest! I couldn’t have asked for a better team at Ames Ford!
