My overall experience was great! Everything went smooth from trading in my 2020 Ford explorer to walking out in a brand new one. Only hiccup was computer issues at the end, which happens with technology sometimes. Josh James was great at making sure I got what I wanted, he even helped with entertaining the kiddos.

Aubrey was awesome and made buying from a dealer so much better than expected. Took my car back in for a new door handle and gave me a loaner and was quick and professional.
