Excellent purchase experience from start to finish! I was in & out within a reasonable amount of time. Tyler S. Got me accompanied to my vehicle & it's features. I also got a killer deal on The highly in demand full size Bronco, that no other dealer in the Northeast could touch. I am a customer for life! Thank you again to the Chapman Ford- Horsham team.

Rainy Saturday.

Rainy Saturday. No sales person ever came out to great us while we were wandering around the lot. Came to look at some used trucks we saw on their website. All the trucks we supposed to have been through their multi point inspections and ready to go. Asked to test drive 2 trucks. 1st truck they couldn't find on lot then when found, had no keys.2nd truck on lot supposedly ready to go. Had a list of repairs needed that would need 5000 grand to fix. Including broken front end linkage. This would be after paying 23,000 for the truck. Stay away!

Worst car buying experience ever.

Worst car buying experience ever. Lack of communication, they damaged my new order purchase. They had it at their body shop for over 2 weeks and never communicated to me what was going on or when it would be done. After finally picking it up they never apologized for the damages or the inconvenience of the whole ordeal and the terrible experience they gave me. The accessories they added weren't installed properly and I had to fix them myself. The truck has scuffs and paint chips on it. Never contacted after the sale by anyone. After they took my money they basically disappeared. Sent several emails that have not been responded to. Stay far away from these people.
