They should rename dealership

Took vehicle in for maintenance, a warranty repair and a recall notice. Dealership had my car for a month. They don’t give courtesy cars nor do they partner with any car rental places let alone offer to pick up any rental tab. Communication with the service department was terrible throughout the process. Might have added a star had the GM bothered to return my calls to discuss an issue, but it’s been a few weeks and he still hasn’t bothered. They seriously should rename their dealership because “courtesy” isn’t appropriate.

Excellent customer service

Ashley Constantin, our sales service consultant provided our family with excellent customer service. I highly recommend anyone who visits this dealership ask for Her personally for any of your car buying needs. Daniel Wanous, at the service department was exceptionally knowledgeable of our needs with our truck and also provided amazing four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service.

Horrible service

This company is horrible. I just bought a new car sent over $80k and it took me over a month to get a service appt. had to call the general manager just to get an appt set. I just got my car back today and still no relief. Having the same issues

Sketchy business practices

I spent all day texting with a saleswoman (Ashley) to be told the car was available and fully discuss it, only for it to be told to me that the car was sold as I was already driving to the dealership 30 minutes away that evening and was sent a link to a lesser model. Really felt like she was trying to scam me over and get me into the dealership to sell a lesser car that people didn’t want to buy. Had every opportunity to mention that the car was sold/being looked at but there was no honesty instead. Really a bummer. Who knows when the car actually sold? Never have had this experience with a car dealership.

Hello Emily, I am sorry that you were unable to view the vehicle you and Ashley had been working on. I know it can be frustrating to put time and energy into something, only to have it not go as planned. I spoke with the sales managers and to Ashley and can assure you the vehicle was available when you first started communications. In the meantime another customer arrived and purchased the vehicle before you arrived. Ashley called you in route to inform you the vehicle sold so that you would not make a wasted trip. The link to another vehicle was our attempt to further assist you even though the vehicle you originally inquired on had sold. Loyal Ford Owner for 29 Years, Not Any More

Scheduled a drop off with their Service Department for 9:30am on 1/3/20 due to my 2014 Escape would not start. The technician did not look at it until midmorning on 1/6/20. I was informed the alternator was overcharging and damaged my battery and that both needed to be replaced but that the warranty company EG Assurance would only cover the alternator and one day of rental car. My vehicle is still at the dealership, I am out of pocket 6 days of a rental car plus the cost of a battery and it's installation due to a faulty Ford part and poor scheduling by the service department. Needless to say after 29 years of owning a Ford this will be the last. Lesson learned.

A great experience!!!

I've had mixed experiences at other dealerships, but this was great. We had our 2 daughters with us and were worried about how they would hold up. They accommodated us superbly. I had a baby with us and had to take time out to nurse her periodically. They were understanding and patient and made the experience very unstressful!!

Dear courtsy ford

My husband just came in and bought a 2006 mustang that I wasn't aware of and didn't approve of him buying. I am not on the loan of the car but Their is a couple of things I hope that can be addressed. You guys did fix the clutch in a timely manner and take the time out of your day to bring the car back down to us even though we do live several hours away. I thank u for that. I have noticed multiple things wrong that I would love to see about fixing hope to here from u guys soon thanks

Worst customer service ever

This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced they have no clue what they are talking about when it comes to things they have done to a car I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. They don't supply service records to u at the time of signing they don't care about what your spouse has to say and questions they have. Beware they will take advantage of anyone that is young that will be buying a car

Thrilled by service upon purchasing used car!

I purchased a used Ford Fiesta from Courtesy Ford and received some of the best customer service I have experienced. During the purchase, my sales representative was very helpful in finding a car. My sales rep understood the limits of my budget and didn?t try to pressure me into purchasing a different type of car. He was able to answer all of my questions, allowed me to test drive it and discuss the purchase with members of my family. I even worked with the company?s COO who was at the Portland location at the time. When I purchased the car, there was an open recall on it which they fixed in the service department. The car had just arrived and needed to be detailed and some additional work done on it before I could take it. Not only did I not have to pay for any of this work but they also gave me a wonderful loaner car until my car was ready to be picked up. When I was waiting for the parts for my car and the work to be done, my sales representative called me almost daily with updates as soon as he knew them. I felt incredibly well cared for, and trusted that my car was in good hands. I would absolutely purchase a car from this dealer again, and would recommend them to others. Courtesy Ford understands the value of a happy customer and did everything they could to ensure that I had a wonderful car buying experience with them.
