I am a retired master autobody technician,so I know the business of car buying "fairly well" lol. I shopped around at several different dealerships looking for a new mustang. I knew what I wanted,which narrowed the process down, yet also made it a little harder for the dealer to either have one in stock or locate one for me. I was up front with all the sales staff,letting them know my position and knowledge about cars and buying and selling them. I was shocked at how these dealerships would still try and play games with me. I walked out on a couple of them. I drove by Courtesy Ford in PDX and decided to take one last shot at a new mustang. The guys there treated me with respect and immediately took an "we can learn from eachother" attitude towards me. The buying process was a breeze. Anthony,Ben and Mark were totaly professional and respectful,and especially knowledgeable about both the buying process and the vehicles they sell. This was the easiest car buying experience ive ever had. I not only got the exact car I wanted, but I actually learned alot. And I got nothing but respect.I have no doubt that they will do the same for anyone. Much kudos to these guys. So if youre looking to buy a new or used vehicle, Courtesy Ford definately leads the pack.
