Excellent experience

We just bought a Volvo XC40 and couldn’t be happier! Paul Bixby was top notch! He let us drive several cars, was super helpful and friendly, and answered all our questions, without being overbearing in the least. He was more concerned with our happiness and satisfaction than with our purchase. Our experience with Anne and Byron were also great! We will be return customers!

Excellent experience

Initial communication was via the internet. Communication was excellent. Both Anne and Raleigh were fantastic. Surprisingly so was the finance manager! He walked through the options very well. Junge was a first class experience

Purchase and service

We do not drive our 2017 Volvo S60 enough miles each year in order to come close to the 10,000 mile interval, so we go for the once-a-year maintenance. We have had excellent service all three times.

2019 Ram 2500

Monte made it an enjoyable buying experience . He was very knowledgeable on the features of the truck. The ad online represented the vehicle to a T.

Perry Hagen

Several years ago I had the pleasure of purchasing a used car from Perry and since I had a good experience at that time it was a "no brainer" to back and see him again for my next purchase. After looking though their inventory and not finding what I wanted Perry was able to work with his sources and locate the car I wanted and had it in the lot within a week. I would recommend Perry to anyone who appreciates a "no pressure" salesman that is easy to work with, knows his cars, and will do everything he can to get you the car you want.

Center Point Service Manager Steps Up

Returning home to Clear Lake I pulled off the interstate looking for assistance after my wipers quit in the middle of a rain storm. The assistant service manager was making it sound like it was going to be a long wait since their techs were full and I drove a "Chevy". There's obviously a reason Justin is the Service Manager. He stepped in, found a tech who was willing to delay his lunch and started the diagnostic process immediately. They were able to find the problem, locate a part in Cedar Rapids and have me back on the road in under 2 hours. Thank you Justin and Eric, your service and professionalism was awesome !

Superb Service

I went with my husband this AM to pick up his new Mazda SUV and was so happy with the experience we had at Junge's. Yesterday Meghan showed him the exact vehicle he was looking for and was proactive about getting the information she needed to make our time at the dealership short this AM. After we were through with the business part of the visit she took us outside and explained everything, I mean everything we needed to know about the new vehicle that we bought. This is the first time a woman has been part of any vehicle purchase I have every had and I must say the Meghan was more thorough and knowledgeable than any other salesperson we have ever worked with. She's definitely an asset to the Junge staff and I'd highly recommend you seek her out if you're thinking of car shopping at Junge's.
