Staff. Was very friendly and knowledgeable in the product we bought, answered all questions and concerns we had. Vehicle was detailed and cleaned before delivery.

Great Customer Service

Jessie Cruz and Paul Avila, both provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend both. They weren’t pushy, they were patient and took the time to listen to hay we were looking for and answered all of our questions.

No surprises

Everything at Quicklane was explained. I knew what to expect and there were no surprises. I took my Ford Escape in for routine maintenance and things were done in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service

Jesse Cruz valued the customer and made sure we walked out with a deal that was fair. Great customer service from the whole team. And Arturo in finance made great efforts in lowering my apt to get me to my ideal payment the whole team made car buying simple that day awesome job.

Our Service writer Jose is always friendly and helpful We also purchased extended warrantee and Cedrick was very nice as well.

Great service

Arturo and Marco were extremely helpful. Arturo was through in explaining the contract and accompanying documents. Very professional and courteous. Marco was also extremely helpful in showing us the vehicle and explaining it's nomenclature. He was patient and very deliberate in his showmanship. They are truly valuable assets to Ford Motor. That is why I have been a El Centro Motors customer since 1968 and my parents since 1959,
