2012 Fiesta Repairs
I have heard the bad stories about El Centro Motors; however, I recently had a problem with the latches of the doors of my 2012 Fiesta and took in for service. As soon as I arrived, the floor supervisor greeted me and introduced me to a service rep--Jose Quintero. Mr Quintero explained to me in detail that Ford would change all 4 latches due to a Recall--free of charge. They were going to provide me a rental at a later time. I went to work. A couple hours later they notified me that they had the parts in stock and that my car would be fixed by noon. And so it was fixed and I picked it up at lunch time. This was so not like any stories that I have heard from family, co-workers, and friends. El Centro Motors really came thru when I needed them. Thank you.

Needed Service
On 10/1 I needed to service my F150. Not having an extra 2 to 3 hours that day and needing to have I serviced I decided to try the Quick Lane shop here in Brawley. In less than an hour I was done and back home!
