Leasing vehicle
Tom Freeland worked with me to facilitate my decision on leaving or buying a 2019 Fusion. He was very good with details he presented to me. I decided on leasing-He expedited the paper work.Tom has a.calm demeanor and was very easy to work with in this lease.I would definitely reccomend him for his great service and superior knowledge of the financial details of the auto business !

Must not want my business
I need some work done on my vehicle so I tried getting ahold of the service department. The phone rings, someone picks the phone up and immediately hangs up without saying a word. I’ll go somewhere else.

Oil change and purchase car
Called again for simple oil change turns out to be a month called Holmes Tuttle 2weeks What ashame lifetime oil is not right for me

Not happy!!!
Took my car in today to have the oil changed, the miles on the odometer was 3,219 when l picked my car up the odometer was 3,250, when l went back to the service dept.they told me they wrote the wrong number down, really!!! did someone drive my car to lunch?? S. McDermot
