Great servic, clean friendly, timely

Just great as always. Our only complaint that was when making the appointment we did not get Steve or Marty and the young man we did get had some problems focusing on what my husband was telling him about name, make and so on.

service of my 2010 ford F-150, making a trip

I work out of town so it's not always easy to get into a shop to have work done. But I called your guys, he said if I could bring it in the next day he would get on it, I said my wife and daughter can drop it off this evening and you just call when its ready. That's what I call service with a smile, they dropped it off, I received a call that next morning it was ready, I was able to go pick it up. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I enjoy doing business with Joe Mahan. Thank You

Superior Service and Staff

I moved to the area with a 2008 Ford Taurus that I had purchased at another dealer. No problem - the service department and staff at Joe Mahon Ford are the best! They take great care of my car, are always cheerful and take time to answer any questions that I have. They keep track of what preventive maintenance item is needed so I don't have to worry and can keep my car in shape! And even though they only see me every 5,000 miles (at oil change time)they greet me by name when I arrive - now that is GREAT customer service!!

AWESOME DEALERSHIP !!!!!

Returned again for service, and service repair that was needed. Service was AWESOME! The service staff does an Awesome job every time! They know me by name, and they make me feel valued as a customer! :)
