Price Gouging

New Mach-E was $10,000 above asking price and Manager would not budge much on price, this is price gouging and corporate greed, they have lost my business and trust! And I felt insulted with them trying to explain supply and demand, no it is plainly greed and taking advantage of supply shortage.

Bad Lithia experience!!

After having a deal in place and a price negotiated, i received a text saying the vehicle had been sold. Very unethical business approach. Never doing business with Lithia again

Dealership from xxxx

we decided to trade out truck in to another dealership and when we did we had to call and get a release of vehicle form done that would allow us to get back our warranty on the truck from Lithia. We traded in our truck in june of 2021 and its now September 2021 and still no refund check. So i called Ford to see if anything had been done. Nothing has been done and the truck i traded in 3 months ago still has active warranty on it. The truck has already sold to someone new and Lithia told us that they would take care of it. Nothing has been done. The manager who spoke to us at Lithia was very rude and back tracking like they didnt want to help us. He wouldn't even give me a business card so i could stay in touch in getting the warranty completed. He wouldnt help us in any way and left us to deal with this on our own. I was in tears from how the manager left us, he argued with anything we said and refused to help us. Now i have Ford corporation involved with this issue with Lithia due to shady business practices because something did not sit right with us when we left their dealership. Had also paid for gap insurance for the truck yet it wasn't showing on our contract anylonger. I had no issues with Visalia Ford in getting back our warranty and they helped us out with the whole thing. It was great service from Visalia Ford. But Lithia only wants money, they do not want to help or care for their customers. It was a very bad experience and i tell everyone about it because i do not want someone else to have to go through the headache we did.

No service department

9 am appt, got checked in 9:13 am. Sal told me he would let me know if recall on doors would be done today. Texted him at 2:37 pm. He answered he would check on my car. 4:23 pm no response, I texted again. 4:51 he calls me to say car would not be ready until next day because of recall. My car had not been touched! Asked if oil change had been done. Sal said if I could be there by 6 he would have car ready. So 8 hours later I get my car. No apology though for wasting my whole day. Was too angry to speak with the manager. Only other time I had such bad service was also at this service dept 5 years ago.

good truck bad service

Funny how they want you to buy now and not think about it, so we bought and we ordered a bed liner which our sales person (Jose) promised would be here in the next week. 5 weeks later nothing, so may-be there's a shortage ? Called around town to other places that could have it in a day. This is a shame because everything else was great ! never again !!, and if I could I'd ask for my money back, but who knows when I'd get it, in the mean time my truck bed is being damaged

Excellent Service

Alan Oliva Helped my family get into a beautiful F-150. He was very friendly and very talkative, made us feel very welcomed. He included my girls in the experience, which we really appreciated. He really tried his best to work with in our demands, which included our Journey trade in. Definitely recommend to go with him! Got us in and out as fastest as he could!

Horrible Customer Service

After test driving a car, I was ready to start the buying process. I was paired with Adan who is a "senior sales rep" to go through the buying process. I thought I was going to get one of the best sales rep due to his title(was totally wrong). The sales rep was unprofessional, no eye contact, did not attempt to build rapport, did not want to negotiate, and not informative at all. He ran my credit report without my permission. Meanwhile, I kept asking for the numbers and how much the car was going to cost prior to running my credit . In my opinion, there is no point of running credit without agreeing on a price. He was very dismissive and was unwilling to work any deal out. It was literally "his way or the high way". I never had been treated that way by a sales associate. This was by far the worst sales experience. I am still interested in the car and would think my experience would be better if I had another sales rep.

Don't go to Lithia for car repair. They suck

Took 8 days to repair the car. Engine light and idle were not repaired. Customer service rep failed to return phone calls when I tried to set up a return appointment

New vehicle lunges forward

I bought a new car and it lunges forward. They say it's normal. But they changes out the transmission and motor mounts. Still does it. I have never had a car do this.
